Borough Council
Clark Borough Council consists of elected council members who set policy, adopt the budget, and oversee municipal services for residents.
The Borough of Clark, incorporated May 5, 1848 (formerly Clarksville), is a rural lakeside community in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, near Shenango River Lake. Municipal offices serve residents with zoning, streets, and public safety coordination.
Meeting schedule
Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at Borough Hall, 2798 Winner Road, unless otherwise posted. All meetings are open to the public.
Agendas are posted when available. Official actions are recorded in approved minutes.
